Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Each piece is packed for the journey and delivered through a courier suited to the size and weight of the work. Smaller pieces ship via standard freight. Larger and statement pieces ship via specialist art handlers.

Shipping costs are quoted at the time of order. We don’t pad freight — you pay the actual cost.

International shipping is available on request. Contact us before ordering for a quote.

Returns and custom work

Custom commissions are non-refundable once production begins. The deposit secures your place in the build queue and covers design and material commitment.

Standard catalogue items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty

We stand behind every piece we make. If anything fails as a result of how it was built, we’ll repair or replace it. The patina that develops on copper and aged brass is not a fault — it’s the material doing what it does.
